Entrepreneurs are change agents, they solve problems and get things done and carry teams and markets with them as they innovate and build solutions that will attract investment.
The picture below caught my eye as it gives a tick list of the many attributes that an entrepreneur and change agent needs to demonstrate on a consistent basis.
It is rare that an individual demonstrates all of these competencies.
But when you find that person or develop these capabilities you can move mountains.
As you read through the list you may think that one stands out as more important than another. But the truth is you need the full range and the great entrepreneurs and change agents are the one that knows when to bring which skill to the fore, or build a team around them that can develop a holistic view.
Resilience is often the hard one. You have to believe in your vision and be willing to persevere as you cross the chasm from an idea, or a thought to a viable business often dealing with significant challenge and rejection along the way.
